Voting Organization

This voting is organized by Euroleague Ventures SA (the "Organizer"). By participating you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or amend the voting at any time and without notice and no liability shall attach to the Organizer as a result thereof.

How does the voting work?

Only individuals with a valid EuroLeagueID will be able to participate. Fans can vote for their preferred 5 players of both the 2019-20 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague and the 7DAYS EuroCup season once every 24 hours during two weeks.

The voting period starts on Monday, June 29th, 2020 at 16:00 CEST and finishes on Monday July 13th, 2020 at 16:00 CEST.

The five players with the highest number of votes at the end of the abovementioned two weeks will become the Fans Choice Starting Five of the competition they have been playing at during the 2019-20 season.

In case 2 players get the same amount of votes at the end of the abovementioned two weeks, the player who has obtained the highest PIR average during the 2019-20 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague or 7DAYS EuroCup seasons will result as the winner.

Who Can Participate?

Voting must be made by any natural person on the official electronic application form available on https://startingfive.euroleague.net/. A valid EuroLeague ID is required to participate in the voting. Get yours here. The participation is free.

Participants under 18 years of age ("Minor") are not permitted to participate in the voting. Any Minor who uses false information to participate will not be eligible to claim any prize.
The computer record of the voting will be considered as being the formal application. Any application not adhering to the above format, incorrect applications or incomplete applications will be deemed invalid.

Participant’s Declaration

Participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions by submitting the voting form.
These Terms and Conditions have been drafted in English. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and that are fully aware of the rights and obligations arising therefrom.

Use of Personal Information

To participate in the voting, participants are required to have a valid EuroLegaue ID. Personal data provided when obtaining a valid EuroLeague ID and when registering to participate in the voting (the “Data”) will be included in a database owned by Euroleague Ventures S.A. (hereinafter referred to as “EV” or the “Data Controller”), with registered address at 60,Grand-Rue, L-1660, Luxembourg, and managed by Euroleague Entertainment & Services, S.L.U. with registered address at c/ Quatre Camins 9, 08022 Barcelona, Spain and WME|IMG, LLC with registered address at 731 Lexington Avenue, New York, NY 10022,. The Data will be processed in accordance with all applicable national and international data protection laws including those derived from European General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679.

The purpose of the Data collection is to manage your participation in the voting and to improve the voting, contact participants with information about the voting and, upon the participant’s express acceptance when registering and obtaining a valid EuroLeague ID, to receive newsletters, commercial information and/or promotions related to the Euroleague Basketball and/or the Euroleague Basketball sponsors products and services, or other events organized by the Promoter or the Euroleague Basketball sponsors. Please note that the Participant may receive information and promotions from the following sponsors, which may be updated from time to time:

Participants can exercise, at any time, under the terms established by law, the right of access, rectification or deletion of data, as well as request restrictions on the processing of their personal data, oppose its processing or request the portability of data, by writing an e-mail to [email protected].
