Voting Organization

This voting is organized by Euroleague Ventures SA (the "Organizer"). By participating you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or amend the voting at any time and without notice and no liability shall attach to the Organizer as a result thereof. 

Who Can Participate?

Voting must be made by any natural person on the official electronic application form available on http://alldecadeteam.euroleague.net/login. A valid EuroLeague ID is required to participate in the voting. The participation is free.

Participants under 18 years of age ("Minor") are not permitted to participate in the voting. Any Minor who uses false information to participate will not be eligible to claim any prize.

The computer record of the voting will be considered as being the formal application. Any application not adhering to the above format, incorrect applications or incomplete applications will be deemed invalid.

Winner and Prize (only for fans)

There will be one (1)  winner randomly selected from all bullets submitted throughout the voting period. The Prize for the winner will be two (2) tickets for the Turkish Airlines Euroleague Final Four Cologne, that will be played in Cologne between May 22 and 24, 2020. Prize shall only consist on the two tickets and therefore all costs related to travel, meals and/or accommodation, if applicable, shall be borne by winner. Non-use of tickets by winner shall in no case entitle the winner to claim for any compensation. 

The winner will be notified in writing by email to the email address supplied in the online form within two weeks of the voting finishing. The winner needs to confirm acceptance of the prize within ten working days of receiving the notification email. If the winner cannot be contacted and/or no timely acceptance has been received by Organizer, the winner loses the right to claim the prize; the prize will then be awarded to another participant selected at random. Upon notification, if this fan doesn't provide acceptance in writing within ten working days of receiving the notification email, the prize will be cancelled.
No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and the Organizer reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of similar value without giving notice.

All details of the prizes and in particular the terms of their attribution and use will be provided by notification to the winner. No interest will be paid on any prizes. Prizes are not transferable without the prior written consent of the Organizer. Winner cannot request cash alternative or substitution of any prize. The Organizer at its sole discretion reserves the right to substitute a prize of greater or equal value in particular if any prize cannot be awarded as described due to unavailability. Prize winners (and, if any, travel companions) may be required, as a condition of winning and redeeming a prize, to sign a liability release and/or a publicity release and/or a consent and release for photographs, or any applicable forms requested by authorities or the Organizer. Failure to do so may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the stated prize. It is a condition of the prize that the winner and his or her guest hold a valid passport and visa, if necessary.

Taxes or legal requirements applicable to the prize shall be responsibility of the Winner. 

Voting Disclaimers

The Organizer cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any participant entering the voting or as a result of accepting any prize. The Organizer is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the voting.

Participant’s Declaration (only fans)

Participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and Voting Guidelines and Rules by submitting the voting form. 

By submitting a voting, the participant hereby warrants that all information submitted is true, current and complete.

Upon participant acceptance, the Organizer and Euroleague Basketball Media Partners (15min.it; Eurohoops, Fanatik, Gazzetta.gr; Gazzetta.it; As.com; Sports.ru; L’equipe.fr) will have the right to use the names, votings and, if pertinent, photographs used by participants and/or Winners in their profile at its discretion, for publicity purposes. In particular, the Organizer has the intention to publish winner's name and, if available, a photo of the winners, on the EuroLeague official Website, official Social Media channels, and on the Euroleague Basketball Media Partners website and printed publications. 

Participants are solely responsible for their profile pictures, personal information(s) and name and votings (the “Submissions”) they submit and that the winner, upon acceptance, may become visible on the Euroleague Basketball website and social media accounts and Euroleague Basketball Media Partners websites and printed publications. Participants represent and warrant that: (i) they are free to enter into and are fully authorized to participate in the voting; (ii) the Submissions they have entered are true; (iii) the posting of the Submissions on the Euroleague Basketball website, or the use by the Organizer of the Submissions as permitted under these Terms and Conditions shall not violate the privacy rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person.

Participants acknowledge that should any taxes or legal requirements be applicable to the prize, these shall be responsibility of the Winners. 

These Terms and Conditions have been drafted in English. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and that are fully aware of the rights and obligations arising therefrom.

When participating in the voting, the participants are bound to play and accept that they must participate in the voting in accordance with these terms and conditions, the Voting Guidelines and Rules. 

By participating in the Game, the Participant agrees that no claim relating to losses or injuries or disappointment suffered by participating in the voting or as a result of accepting any prize (including special, indirect and consequential losses) shall be asserted against the Organizer, its parent companies, sponsors, affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agents from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from the participation in the voting, the attendance at an EuroLeague game, and/or the use of any other prizes.

Use of Personal Information

To participate in the voting, participants are required to have a valid EuroLegaue ID. Personal data provided when obtaining a valid EuroLeague ID and when registering to participate in the voting (the “Data”) will be included in a database owned by Euroleague Ventures S.A. (hereinafter referred to as “EV” or the “Data Controller”), with registered address at 60,Grand-Rue, L-1660, Luxembourg, and managed by Euroleague Entertainment & Services, S.L.U. with registered address at c/ Quatre Camins 9, 08022 Barcelona, Spain and WME|IMG, LLC with registered address at 731 Lexington Avenue, New York, NY 10022,. The Data will be processed in accordance with all applicable national and international data protection laws including those derived from European General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679. 

The purpose of the Data collection is to manage your participation in the voting (to ensure that you meet the criteria to be a participant and winner, to contact winners and to deliver the prize), as well as, with respect to the winners, and upon express consent to it, to use their image in order to publicly disseminate their condition of winners. The purpose of the Data collection is also to improve the voting, contact participants with information about the voting and, upon the participant’s express acceptance when registering and obtaining a valid EuroLeague ID, to receive newsletters, commercial information and/or promotions related to the Euroleague Basketball and/or the Euroleague Basketball sponsors products and services, or other events organized by the Promoter or the Euroleague Basketball sponsors. Please note that the Participant may receive information and promotions from the following sponsors, which may be updated from time to time:

• Regarding the use of the image of the winner and the incorporation to our database for commercial purposes, the participant's own consent.

• Compliance with the obligations imposed on Euroleague Ventures, S.A. by the applicable tax regulations. The processing of personal Data linked to this purpose (with the exception of the image) is strictly necessary in order to comply with the aforementioned legal obligations.
