All personal information submitted will be included in a database property of Euroleague Ventures S.A with postal address at 60 Grand-rue, L-1660 Luxembourg, and managed by Euroleague Entertainment & Services, S.L.U with address at Quatre Camins 9-13, 08022 Barcelona, Spain. The data will be processed in compliance with the provisions of current legislation on data protection and in the contest of the regulatory framework established by virtue of the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016, relating to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of said data ("GDPR").

The data will be used for the sole purposes of managing your accreditation for the 2026 EuroLeague Final Four Athens ("Final Four"). In this sense, the data will only be processed so long as it is necessary, useful and relevant for this purpose. Therefore, please be informed that the legal basis for the processing is the performance of your 2026 EuroLeague Final Four Athens Accreditation & Hospitality Form and all ancillary obligations derived from this contractual relationship, including the Accreditation Policy.

No automated decisions will be made with your data. Only those third parties to whom we are legally obliged, and the companies entrusted with internal management services and supplier providing services in direct connection with the issuance of your accreditation will have access to them.

Upon termination of the event, the personal data will be stored and properly blocked to the only effects of fulfilling the legal or contractual obligations that are of application and during the time strictly necessary for this purpose.

We may communicate the submitted personal data to the police, judges and courts and, in general, competent authorities when we have the obligation and/or for the sole purposes of ensuring safety and security at the Final Four.
