Accreditation Policy

The present Accreditation policy is the basis for all accreditation holders (“Holders”). By collecting and using the Accreditation, you agree with the Accreditation policy set by the organizer of the 2024 Turkish Airlines Euroleague Final Four Berlin (“Event”) as a holder of an accreditation. The organizer of the Event is Euroleague Ventures S.A. (“EV”).

Accreditation Policy is displayed at the accreditation collection point and apply to all Holders.

Accreditation is non-transferable and must be worn correctly at all times in the venue.

Accreditation may only be collected up by the bearer and not by a representative.

Accreditation will only be delivered on presentation of a valid identification (ID card / ID Passport).

Accreditation may only be carried and used by the bearer and may not be assigned or transferred to any other person.

Holders are only allowed in the designated zones as displayed on the accreditation.

Any accreditation that has been amended, broken or with signs of falsification shall give authorization to EV of depriving its bearer of access to the Event and any ancillary activity.

Upon entering the venue, Holders may be subject to be searched in accordance with the current legal provisions. Objects that may be considered dangerous by EV or are prohibited by current regulations, as well as video recorders, will not be allowed inside the venue, without the express authorization of EV. Likewise, EV reserves the right to prevent access to the venue to those Holders that, in EV’s sole discretion, show violent behavior and/or have consumed alcohol or drugs. It is prohibited to bring alcoholic beverages or to smoke into the venue.

EV is dedicated to providing a safe community to all individuals participating and attending the Event. Holders acknowledge that EV has done its best to implement recommended protocols, estate and local guidelines and that these protocols may vary at any time,

Holders acknowledge and accept that EV holds and owns all intellectual, industrial and any other intellectual property rights, including, image rights, derived, directly or indirectly, from sportspersons’ performance or any other that may take place, as a result of the celebration of the event without territorial or temporal limitation and without any other limitations than those provided in the current intellectual property law. Consequently, the capture or recording of images or sounds without a prior written authorization of EV is strictly forbidden. EV may expel any person who fails to comply with the previous obligation and to withdraw the accreditation.

No official results or other data including photographs, vision or sound recordings relating to the events may be reproduced, stored in retrieval system or transmitted in any form or by any electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or broadcasting means or otherwise without the prior express written permission of EV.

Holders shall not make or use radio broadcasts and/or take moving picture images of the Event without the prior express written permission of EV.

Holders may appear on images taken by different media for broadcasting purposes through any means. Holders entering the venue or attending the Event expressly authorize, free of charge, the image capturing of their image as well as voice and name in order to allow maximum exploitation of the recordings that made be made during the celebration of the Event and its subsequent broadcasting made by EV or EV’s authorized third parties (including but not limited to its affiliates, partners and collaborators, altogether hereinafter the “EV Affiliates”), through any means of communication, expressly consenting a promotional and / or commercial use of images captured during the Event. In the same way the Holders relinquish to EV and EV Affiliates, free of charge, the patrimonial content of the right to own the right to self-image without temporal and spatial limitation, for its exploitation in any media or through any form of communication including their name in any type of advertising, promotion, publication (including internet) or any other mean even for promotional or informational purposes, as well as its display in any medium and / or format. In no case may the Holders claim any amount of money to EV for the exploitation of the images that may be used.

Neither EV, nor its directors, officers, agents, employees or contractors, nor the owner of the venue are and/or shall be liable for any loss, injury or damage howsoever caused to the Holders.  Holders irrevocably waive and forever discharge all and any liability, claims, rights and demands of whatever kind or nature  against EV and Affiliates as well as venue owner including  its directors, officers, employees, agents or contractors either in law or in equity, to the fullest extent permissible by law, including but not limited to damages or losses caused (including but not limited to death, bodily injury, illness, economic loss or out of pocket expenses, or loss or damage to property) which Holders, heirs, assignees, next of kin and/or legally appointed or designates representatives may have or which may hereinafter accrue on Holders behalf, which arise or may hereafter arise from the attendance to the Event.

Holder and his/her employer or principal (if applicable) shall jointly and severally indemnify and hold harmless EV and Affiliates against any loss (including consequential loss) or damage to EV or either of its directors, employees, officers and/or agents, resulting from a breach of this policy or resulting from suspension, withdrawal, revocation or cancellation of the accreditation.

Upon violation of any of the conditions set out herein or upon non-compliance with instructions given on-site by EV’s representatives, EV reserves the right to revoke or withdraw accreditation, with or without prior warning as well as to deny accreditation to future Euroleague Basketball related events, without prejudice to its right to claim for damages should the circumstance so require.

EV reserves the right, where a breach has been identified, to pursue other legal remedies against any holder at its sole discretion.

The personal data you provided when submitting the accreditation request form was submitted in a database property of Euroleague Ventures S.A with postal address at 60 Grand-rue, L-1660 Luxembourg and managed by Euroleague Entertainment & Services, S.L.U with address at Quatre Camins 9-13, 08022 Barcelona, Spain.

The data will be used for the sole purposes of managing your accreditation for the 2024 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Final Four Berlin ("Final Four"). In this sense, the data will only be processed so long as it is necessary, useful and relevant for this purpose. Therefore, please be informed that the legal basis for the processing is the performance of your 2024 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Final Four Berlin Accreditation & Hospitality Form and all ancillary obligations derived from this contractual relationship, including the Accreditation Policy.

Upon termination of the Event, the personal data will be stored and properly blocked to the only effects of fulfilling the legal or contractual obligations that are of application and during the time strictly necessary for this purpose. We may communicate the submitted personal data to the police, judges and courts and, in general, competent authorities when we have the obligation and/or for the sole purposes of ensuring safety and security at the Event.

You may exercise your right of access, rectification or deletion of data, request the processing to be restricted, oppose it or request data portability at any time by sending a written notice to Euroleague Ventures SA, 60 Grand-rue, L-1660 Luxembourg or by sending an email to [email protected], clearly indicating the right you wish to exercise. In any case, you can file a complaint before the competent data protection authorities.
